Hillwood Starts Construction of Multifamily Project at Alliance

Hillwood Properties’ multifamily division has broken ground on SageStone Village, a 306-unit luxury apartment complex on 13 acres within its 900-acre Alliance Town Center development.

Units will range from one to three bedrooms, with an average size of 940 square feet. On-site amenities include a fitness facility, resort-style pool and pavilion, and outdoor social spaces.

Initial units will be ready for move-in at the end of 2013, with project completion slated for 2014.
