Sale: One Lee Park, Oakwood Tower

Blackwatch Partners has acquired One Lee Park  at 3033 Lee Pkwy. and Oakwood Tower at 3626 Hall in Uptown. The two office buildings total 118,400 square feet.

Creighton Stark and Ben Lurie with Colliers International negotiated the deal. The seller was World Class Capital.
