Dallas restaurateur Shannon Wynne is opening a new eatery in Sundance Square. Scheduled to open in 2013, Bird Café will include 6,400 square feet of indoor space and 2,300 of patio space.
Wynne negotiated the lease directly with Sundance Square, represented by Bill Booker, head of the leasing team.
Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square said in a statement that the new café will be incorporated into the existing Land Title Building, built in 1888, as well as the new Commerce Building, which is currently under construction, making use of both old and new facilities.
