Massage Envy has leased three retail spaces between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet at 11920 Preston Road in Dallas, 2600 W. 7th St. in Fort Worth and 1497 U.S. Hwy 287 in Mansfield. Joe Berry and Jim Dunn with Venture Commercial represented the tenant in all three lease negotiations. Ryan Griffin with Regency Centers, Tey Tiner with United Commercial Realty and Kendall Ibsen with The Retail Connection represented the landlords, respectively.
