Best Buy Stores has inked a big renewal in Flower Mound. The retail chain extended its lease for 600,200 square feet at 609 Enterprise, Building 3 in Lakeside Trade Center.

Allen Gump, Jack Rosenberg, and Frederick Regnery with Colliers International represented Best Buy in its search. The company considered various alternatives in the market, Gump said.

“At the end of the day, they decided to stay in their existing location,” he said. “Their landlords, Clarion Partners and Hillwood, were great to work with in reaching a solution that fit Best Buy’s criteria.”

Toby Rogers with Hillwood Investment Properties represented the building owners.
