Caddo Holdings LLC has acquired 3500 Oak Lawn and 4245 North Central Expressway, two Uptown office buildings that toal about 190,000 square feet. California-based M West was the seller.

The deal was put together by Creighton Stark and Ben Lurie in Colliers International’s office investment sales group.

The firm reports that the duo have brokered eight of the 14 office building sales that have occurred in the Uptown submarket since 2011.

“Given the strong real estate demand in Uptown and limited new construction on the horizon, the dynamic market is positioned for several years of increasing occupancy and rental rates,” Lurie said in a statement. “This bodes well for companies who are looking to have a strong market presence in Dallas.”
